A different kind of healing

You understand it.
But your body still
feels it.

You may have talked about it, analyzed it, or tried to move on. Yet the tension, shutdown, overthinking, or emotional weight remains.

That does not mean you have failed. It may simply mean your healing needs to include more than the thinking mind.

The TST® approach

Not one technique.
A whole-person experience.

TST brings together somatic awareness, intuitive bodywork, emotional processing, breath, energy work, sound, and transpersonal guidance. Every session meets you where you are.

01

Feel

Gently notice what the body is communicating beneath the noise.

02

Release

Create space for held emotion, tension, and protective patterns to move.

03

Integrate

Make meaning of the experience and carry new awareness into daily life.

The body stores the emotion.
The mind must process it.
The body must feel it to move it.

— The foundation of TST®

Private sessions

One complete session.
Space for the whole story.

Each session is reserved for approximately two hours, allowing time to arrive, explore what emerges, and integrate without feeling rushed.

Sessions may be clothed or include professionally draped bodywork. Comfort, consent, and communication remain central throughout.

What a session can hold

Supported.
Never forced.

No two sessions are the same. Depending on what you need, your experience may include quiet body awareness, guided conversation, breath, safe therapeutic touch, emotional expression, sound, energy work, or spacious stillness.

  • You remain aware and in choice
  • Touch, clothing, and draping are discussed first
  • Intensity is not the measure of healing
  • Integration guidance is included
Wesley and Paloma Elliott, creators of Transpersonal Somatic Therapy

Created through lived practice

Meet Wesley &
Paloma Elliott.

TST® was created from a shared belief that lasting healing must honor the mind, the body, the emotional world, and the human spirit.

Drawing from bodywork, craniosacral practice, Reiki, sound, transpersonal exploration, ceremony, and years of holding healing space, Wesley and Paloma developed an approach that is structured enough to feel safe and intuitive enough to meet the person in front of them.

Questions, answered

Come as
you are.

Do I need to know what I want to work on?+

No. A clear intention can help, but it is also okay to arrive knowing only that something feels stuck, heavy, or ready to change.

Is TST the same as massage or talk therapy?+

No. TST may include conversation and therapeutic touch, but it is an integrative modality with a different structure and purpose. It is not a substitute for medical care or licensed mental health treatment.

What should I wear?+

Arrive in soft, comfortable clothing. Depending on the work you consent to, your session may remain clothed or include professionally draped bodywork. Clothing and draping options are discussed beforehand, and your boundaries guide every step.

Will I have an emotional release?+

You may, but there is no expected outcome. Some sessions are expressive while others are quiet and subtle. Neither is more successful than the other.

What happens after the session?+

You will receive guidance for integration. Give yourself space, hydrate, and notice what continues to unfold without forcing meaning too quickly.

Your next step

You do not have to
carry it the same way.
